1. Service and operator

Millionaire AI Video operates the independent entertainment service at millionaireaivideo.com. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to that operating brand. Contact us at support@millionaireaivideo.com.

The service creates AI-generated Get a Job meme videos using a photo and the options available in the generator. It is not financial advice or a promise of income, employment or becoming a millionaire. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, ChatGPT, the original performers or the social platforms mentioned on this website.

By creating an account, purchasing a pack or submitting a generation, you agree to these Terms. Read them with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. Keep your account details accurate and your credentials secure. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Do not share accounts to evade limits, create accounts automatically or exploit promotional video uses.

Only submit photos you are entitled to use. Obtain permission from identifiable people for the intended AI processing and use of the resulting video. Do not submit children's personal information. Automated checks do not establish age, ownership or consent.

3. Generating and using a video

The generator shows the available subject options, format and cost before submission. Features apply only when available. Results can differ from previews or earlier generations, including appearance, movement, framing and audio. We do not guarantee exact likeness, exact dialogue timing, a particular completion time or social-media performance.

Review each result before downloading, sharing or using it commercially. Do not present an AI-generated scene as evidence of a real event. Follow any applicable disclosure rules and the rules of the platform where you publish.

4. Purchases and video uses

Video packs are one-time purchases. The checkout shows the amount, currency, included video uses or generation allowance, and any applicable validity period before payment. A one-time pack does not create an automatically renewing subscription.

The displayed generation cost is charged through your account balance. A new generation or voluntary retry may incur another charge; downloading an available result again does not incur another generation charge. Video uses have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except through an approved refund or where law requires it.

Confirmed technical failures, quality complaints and unused purchases are handled under the Refund Policy. A delay or uncertain task status alone is not confirmation of failure. Price changes do not retroactively change the price of a completed purchase.

5. Content rights

You keep the rights you already hold in your photos and other submitted material. You give us permission to store, process and provide that material to the service providers needed to fulfill your request, check safety and resolve support issues, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not claim your pre-existing rights in submitted content. You may use delivered outputs subject to these Terms, applicable law and third-party rights. Purchasing a video does not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity, or clearance of music, recordings, performances, likenesses, logos or other third-party material. A trending sound or a source link does not by itself grant permission to reuse it.

Our software, branding and website materials remain protected by their respective owners' rights. Separate permission is required before we use your uploaded photo or generated video as a public promotional example.

6. Prohibited use

Do not submit, generate or distribute:

• Sexually explicit content, sexual exploitation or any sexual content involving minors.
• Content promoting violent harm, terrorism, severe cruelty or self-harm.
• Hateful threats, harassment or discriminatory abuse.
• Unauthorized use of a person's likeness, deceptive impersonation, fraud or misleading endorsements.
• Material that violates another person's privacy, copyright, trademark or other rights.

Do not bypass safety checks, access someone else's account or private media, abuse payment systems, scrape private interfaces or interfere with the service.

7. Content checks, reports and appeals

Inputs and outputs may be checked by automated services and the generation provider. A request or result may be rejected, withheld or restricted. Checks can make mistakes, do not assess every legal issue and do not establish permission to publish. We do not promise human review of every item.

Send reports to support@millionaireaivideo.com with the subject "Content report", the page URL or task ID, and a brief explanation. Rights complaints should identify the affected work or person and your authority to report. Do not attach illegal material or resend sensitive images unnecessarily.

We may restrict access, remove content or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect users or comply with law. Where legally required, we may preserve relevant records or report to appropriate authorities. You may appeal through the same email or a private support ticket. Enforcement does not remove any refund or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Availability, liability and account closure

The service and AI outputs are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free results or suitability for every purpose, and exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses. These limits do not exclude liability or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

You can stop using the service at any time and request account closure through Contact. Removing a video from your history does not necessarily erase every stored copy or cancel work already in progress; see the Privacy Policy. We may retain records needed for payments, disputes or legal obligations.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The revision date appears above; material changes will be brought to users' attention where required. Updates do not retroactively remove mandatory rights or approved refunds.
