1. Scope and contact

Millionaire AI Video is the operating brand for millionaireaivideo.com. This policy covers browsing, accounts, photo-based video generation, content checks, purchases and support.

For privacy requests, email support@millionaireaivideo.com. You do not need an account to contact us by email.

2. Information we process

• Account information: email, profile details, authentication identifiers and session records. A connected sign-in provider supplies information needed to authenticate you.
• Generation information: submitted photos, prompts and template settings, processing copies, generated media, task status and provider references.
• Payments: order references, purchased allowance, payment status, billing information returned by the payment service and video-use transactions. Payment providers process card details; we do not store complete payment card numbers.
• Support and safety: messages, task or order IDs, reports, appeals and moderation decisions.
• Technical information: request and network details, including IP addresses, browser information and timestamps, used to deliver and secure the service.
• Browser data: sign-in cookies, preferences, local task history and any drafts saved by the interface. See the Cookie Policy.

A photo may include other people or embedded location and device information. Remove unnecessary personal information before submitting it. Do not assume all metadata has been removed from every copy.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

We process information to provide the generation you request, manage accounts and purchases, deliver results, investigate support issues, prevent misuse and comply with applicable obligations.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, these activities may rely on performing our contract with you, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, legal obligations, or consent for optional processing. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

We do not sell your submitted photos or publish your creations as promotional examples without separate permission. We do not use uploaded photos to train our own AI models.

4. Providers and access

Generating a video requires sending the relevant photo, template instructions and settings to the selected AI provider and, where necessary, its upstream services. Content-review providers receive relevant inputs or outputs and return moderation results. Hosting, storage, authentication, payment and support providers receive information needed for their roles.

Automated checks may miss issues or reject permitted content. They do not verify ownership, consent or every legal risk. Authorized personnel may access relevant information to investigate a support or safety issue.

Providers may process data in countries other than yours. Their retention and processing are governed by the applicable service terms and arrangements; we do not promise that all providers retain nothing or delete every copy immediately. Where legally required, international transfers must use applicable safeguards.

Website playback and downloads require the owning account and an unexpired media record. Providers may receive temporary private links to process a task. Downloaded copies are outside these website access controls; share them carefully.

5. Retention and deletion

• Browser photo drafts: retained for up to 24 hours from the latest saved selection. Drafts are separated by account; a guest draft transfers only after starting sign-in from the generation action. Removing the photo or signing out clears the draft. A closed browser cannot run cleanup, so expired local entries are removed on the next visit.
• Unused private uploads: become unavailable 24 hours after upload.
• Inputs used for generation: retained while related tasks are running, then for 24 hours after the last related task finishes, fails or is canceled. Reuse by another active task extends this period.
• Successful videos and other generated media: available for 30 days from final approval and successful delivery status. Download anything you wish to keep before then. Other processing outputs are kept while needed for an active task, then for up to 24 hours after its terminal outcome.
• Deleting a creation: immediately removes its website access. Related private files enter cleanup when no active task still needs them; a shared input can remain for another visible task.

The background worker checks for due files every minute in bounded batches. Expiry and deletion stop website access even if physical deletion is delayed by a backlog or storage failure. Failed deletions are retried after five minutes. These limits cover our private generation storage, not originals on your device, downloaded copies or public demonstration assets.

Account, order, video-use, security, moderation and support records may remain as needed to provide the service, prevent fraud, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. Removing media does not erase those records. Providers and any backups have their own retention and deletion processes; these website timers do not promise immediate removal of every external copy.

To request account or other data deletion, email support@millionaireaivideo.com, including relevant task IDs where available. We may verify ownership and explain any applicable retention exceptions.

6. Cookies and optional measurement

Necessary cookies support sign-in and security. Browser storage can preserve preferences and task history. Optional analytics, advertising, proactive sign-in prompts and external support integrations load only after you choose “Allow optional” and the site enables those services. “Essential only” keeps them disabled. Clearing local data does not delete server-side account, payment or support records.

7. Rights and security

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to your competent data-protection authority. Contact support@millionaireaivideo.com; we may ask for information needed to verify the request.

We use access controls and other measures appropriate to the service, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or unnecessary identity documents in a support message.

The service is intended for adults, not children. Do not submit children's personal information. If such information or an unauthorized photo has been submitted, contact us so we can investigate and handle removal.

8. Changes

We revise this policy when our processing changes and provide notice of material changes where required. The revision date appears above. This notice does not replace any consent that applicable law requires.
