Generation and payment help

Include your account email, the task or order number, when the issue occurred and a short description. For an error, include its text or a screenshot without unrelated personal information.

Unused purchased video uses can be submitted for refund review within 14 days of payment. Report a severe result defect within 7 days of first delivery for review of a possible replacement generation. Confirmed technical failures return the affected video uses once. These are separate remedies; see the Refund and Video Use Policy for conditions.

Privacy, content and rights requests

For access, correction, deletion or another privacy request, email us with the subject "Privacy request" and explain what you need. Registration is not required to make a request.

For a content complaint or rights issue, use the subject "Content report", identify the page or task, and briefly explain the issue and any rights you represent. An appeal can be sent through the same channel.

Do not send passwords, API keys, full payment card numbers, illegal material or unnecessary identity documents. Prefer a task ID over resending a private photo or video.
